“My first time home purchase experience is simply great, mostly because Tim An. We met at an open house and I briefly talked with him about my criteria there. Almost the same day, I got his follow up email with the housing resources that he just collected for me according to our conversation. Surprisingly even with the short conversation, his list did sound appealing to me. A few round conversations with him, he turned most of my concerns of a first time home buyer into full trust. In order to save my time, he would show me several places all together so I don’t have to run several times, which I really appreciate. When I showed great interest in a property, he would also quickly make comparative market analysis to help me get a better understanding of the property by looking at the recent similar transactions. He could just always think ahead of me so that I was never confused where I am and what I should do next. I would also ask him for advice which property is better when I have multiple places in mind. His suggestions are always informative and helpful. At the end, I chose my current condo which was an off-market property that I had the first opportunity to visit, with a great location and all the features I need, within my budget (yay!). Thanks to Tim’s offer strategy, I actually eventually paid less than what the listing price was. Though because of the coronavirus situation and city shelter in place order, a lot of uncertain factors were added to the final deal. But Tim has been very helpful in keeping all the moving pieces together and eventually I got my place last week!
