Over the past four years, I’ve worked with many millennial and first- time home buyers in the Bay Area , helping them achieve their real estate goals -- on average 5-7 % under asking. Now I'm working with some of these clients as they upgrade or relocate and I'm also working with their referrals. Along the way, I've learned what is important to both buyers and sellers: everyone wants a trouble free process as well as the best price, and I deliver that by providing them with a focus on detail, and attention to my clients I only ever work with three clients at a time. Covid has taught me to connect with my clients on whatever channels they prefer. I add value by ensuring that any glitches are anticipated and resolved, and that deadlines are met.
What else makes me different? I don't serve more than three clients at a time. I take the time to listen to my clients so that I truly understand their needs, which I then place front and center of everything I do. I provide them with the information they need to make good decisions.
I’m passionate about utilizing technology to enhance clients' experience, and to provide them with timely support. For me, my client needs come first. You can expect me to provide a very clear understanding of the process from beginning to end, and you can also expect to be supported fully with all the resources you’ll need. Home buying or selling can be complicated, but I make it easy and stress-free.
Tim has been living and working in San Francisco for the past 25 years. I’ve developed extensive local knowledge of neighborhoods in District 9, including first-hand knowledge of most condo buildings.
I lived in Taipei, Sydney and Hong Kong before moving to San Francisco to finish my education (three college degrees including a Master’s degree in Education from University of San Francisco). I’m fluent in English, Mandarin and Cantonese and I can easily connect your property with buyers from different cultural backgrounds.
